Xxxatm Looking For Help!

I am looking for a head webmaster/manager, basically someone to run my program from all aspects. Marketing, Traffic, Technical, etc etc. Doesnt have to be a wiz at everything but needs to know how to get stuff done.

Ken's a new fellow to the business - seems nice enough and will probably do well. He has some sort of RRRedish looking growth on him though Don't tick him off, or he'll make you eat clothing accessories
