Yo Billy....
It is my understanding that they only list parties that are "sanctioned" and the only way to get your party sanctioned is to have a booth at the show. Now, to their defense, that is a rule that I have ran into doing tradeshows everywhere that I have ever done them (mainstream shows, as well). I would guess that is the reason that it is not listed....but I would have thought they would have told you that in the reply. --T
