Damn, I saw it yesterday while shopping at amazon, preordering and pay 495 in advance. 5k is WAY overpriced.

I think it will be a toy for rich kids. I hope you have fun with yours Serge

it's worth about $999 tops. if they want those things to become the next big thing the price is going to have to drop.

right now i guess it's one of those Sharper Image type 'toys for rich boys'.

how fast can it go? I can't wait til those pothead sk8tr boys get hold of one. X Games here we come!

somebody will juice them up to go faster and make a sport of them.

I'd get one if they weren't so much money... I'd use it to get across town. I know walking is good exercise, but I'm talking about using it to replace my car... 12 mph isn't that bad.

But, I'm not paying that much.
