Dear Jupiter Hosting Customer,

I am pleased to announce that NaviSite (www.navisite.com) has acquired Jupiter Hosting and to share our excitement about this news. More than 600 employees make up NaviSite’s current global family, all of whom are focused on the single mission of serving our customers. Our teams provide technology and solutions to more than 1000 mid-market companies - from larger enterprises to smaller businesses - so that you, our customers, can achieve superior performance to win in your business. Helping customers succeed is the core of our mission and the foundation of our brand in the marketplace.

We believe the combined capabilities of Jupiter Hosting and NaviSite present an outstanding opportunity for our customers. You are already aware of Jupiter Hosting’s expert hosting and software development capabilities. NaviSite will maintain and extend those capabilities by offering greater scalability, further application development expertise and Web 2.0 tools, and a broader portfolio of IT services, including Application Management, Internet Infrastructure, Hosting, and Colocation. As a result, you will have access to a wider range of technical capabilities that can easily grow as your business succeeds.

As we begin this transition, there will be no immediate changes to your service, and NaviSite will work with you to continue providing the highest levels of service possible. Over the next few months, we will further communicate with you regarding details on how we will work together.

NaviSite looks forward to building on the services you have through Jupiter Hosting and to creating a direct and valuable relationship with your organization. If you have any further questions, please give me a call at 978-804-8326 and/or click here to view a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document.

Thank you for your business.
