Glad to see he passed. I also find it interesting that he was prenotified. Kind of makes the whole rule about being at the place of business at least 20 hours a week a bit stupid. I always said that I can't see a busy FBI agent just showing up at your place of business to conduct an investigation without making sure you'll be there. Even if you are at your office 20 to 40 hours a week, there are bound to be times that you aren't there like.... oh, I don't know.... lunch?
