Weight loss update.

[EroticySteve]

So a few weeks ago I mentioned that a little interoffice weight loss challenge was underway. Everyone is doing well and it's amazing to see people more energetic and charged about getting into shape. For a lot of peope this accoutability is what they need to get off of their asses and better themselves.

I'm continually impressed by people's dedication and determination.

Personally, I'm down close to 20 lbs from where I started. Okay, I know I know some people will say that the first few pounds are water. You know what I agree, however even as I'm completely hydrated now though I can say that close to 20 lbs in 3 weeks is fairly dramatic. Believe it or not I'm not in first place when it comes to total pounds lost. However, we're going by percentage, so I'm not far out of first place.

If anyone has been delaying this for themselves I encourage you to do so. Eat right and exercise more, your body wants to be lean. 3 to 4 weeks and you'll have a whole new pattern of eating and exercising locked down.
