Trademark Infringement

Search engine spammers really piss me off in some ways. But, FWIW, they're obviously really good at what they do. So, I don't feel bad about going after them for trademark infringement on two terms that I have had trademarked for many years.

Before they use a site name or catch phrase in their meta, the should make sure they aren't going to get a c & d from a company's sheisters.

Taking a site's name in vain, popping up number 1 in the engines, and advertising another site with a trademarked site's name is gonna get them at the wrong end of an expensive trip to court. Not expensive for me, because they're gonna be paying MY sheisters as well as theirs.
