Opti · 10-15-2004

Two separate deals.

Both are sold as turnkey operating sites and are offered with training and a period of changeover consultation if required.

Deal #1
Adult Linksite/Search Engine
http://www.sleekssickestporn.com

Online Since: Feb 2003
Google Data: PR5 with 10,000+ indexed pages and around 800 backlinks
Webmaster Traffic: approx 50 unique site submitters to the Webmaster Page daily. 1096 New Sites were accepted and added in the last 30 days. 2000 webmasters in submitter database.
Surfer Traffic: 5000 uniques per day. Estimated 1000-1500/day in Bookmark traffic. Hard link trades with around 100 other established pr4/5/6 linksites.

I will take $5,000 for the site... BUT taking your minimum is no fun, and I would really prefer to get $10,000 for it, so thought I would run a Dutch Auction over the weekend.

Right now I am asking $10,000 for the site and hoping someone reading will think that's a good buy for them. In 1 hour the price I will take drops by $100 to $9900 then next hour to $9800.. etc etc. Start time is based on this post... it ends when the first person bids or we hit the reserve 50 hours from now.

How to buy it: Transfer 10% of the current price to epassporte.com account name flashcash_wm17191 ($1,000 right now) first in, best dressed.

Terms: You get access to the site admin and can take over operation now. You will be shown how to switch in your own advertising or have me do it for you. You can access all available server stats. You will have up to 30 days to arrange your own hosting and pay the balance, at which time I will help you move everything in an orderly way and transfer the domain. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after trying the site, that's fine, but you must advise me within 21 days and the 10% deposit is not refundable.

A part time employee currently reviews site submissions and handles day to day operations. He is available to continue the job after the sale if you wish. You can send 1 e-mail to the webmaster database to test the response. (I will need to approve it)

To help make your purchase successful I will contribute 50% of whatever you pay above my $5000 minimum into either a webmaster advertising package here on Oprano... or in surfer traffic from http://www.adult.trafficrouter.com/ (on successful completion)

ie: buy it right now, and you will also get your choice of $2,500 in Oprano advertising, $2500 in a traffic router account or a mix of both.

Deal #2
Complete Adult Business $100k ($80k reserve)

This is a well established 5 year old adult freesite business operation based around a well known Link List site. The owner has moved into a major offline business, has no time to continue and is looking to cash-up from adult completely.

Although I don't own this one personally, I am happy to publicly vouch for the owner (for anyone that thinks that carries any weight :P)

This would suit a paysite operator, with a varied portfolio of sites, as a vehicle to push your own sites and/or attract affiliate program webmasters from the freesite builder market (as opposed to TGP builders). A buyer will need to continue running and developing the business in the same style as it has been to make this a worthwhile buy. There is no type-in domains or any other intrinsic value to be had. If you are an investor, you will need a good operator who cares about doing a good job to make this work. Would best suit a married couple as a turnkey small business I think.

There is too many details and he prefers to remain discreet anyway, so interested people please send an ICQ messsage to 2556404 including Your Name and an E-Mail address I can send you more information at. Anon requests using hotmail will not be answered.

He will take 80k for this but would like 100k, again it's a Dutch Auction, starting now at $100,000 and dropping by $400 per hour until sold or it hits reserve.

How to buy it: Transfer 1% of the current hour's sale price to epassporte.com account name flashcash_wm17191 ($1,000 right now) and be prepared to pay a further 9% by wire on Monday.

Terms: You get access to the main site's admins and can take over operation from Monday. You will be shown how to switch in your own advertising or have it done for you. You can access all available server stats. You will have 30 days to arrange your own hosting and pay the balance, at which time you may move everything to your own hosting and will be transferred all domains etc. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after trying the site, that's fine, but you must advise him within 21 days and the 10% deposit is not refundable.

Again, you will get 50% of whatever you pay above the reserve price in Webmaster or Surfer advertising on successful completion of the sale. Right now that's a $10,000 advertising package on Oprano or $10,000 credit in an http://www.adult.trafficrouter.com/ account.

* If a buyer doesn't want to take the advertising, You can choose to have that money donated, in your name, to Pattycake for her kids charity work (and take any tax benefit).

* If you don't have Epassporte... and you don't know me very well personally, you can try and convince Mike, Serge, Gonzo or Cj to post your bid, saying that Oprano Family knows your epassporteless ass well enough to be sure you will send a wire before Noon Monday. That's about the only other way I can think of to make an auction bid over the weekend that I will accept.

(you can pay any way you like if a site doesnt sell in the next 50 hours and you want it later at the reserve price)

* No ICQ or More Questions? email opti[@]celebritybling.com but I will be off for a lunch date soon and wont be able to monitor this constantly anyway, so don't snooze or you might lose as I am about to go out and get on the booze!

Cj, Toyboy, Jim and few others know my cell number if the world ends whilst I am not here btw ;-)
