I think it is a neat way to make the issue forged documents instead of Bush shirking duty. Vick would know this, it is "flash paper" - makes your eye move away from the object so that you stop looking at it.
I personally hope the dems keep the spotlight on the service record, and NOT the flash paper igniting. Alex
