English speaking people or educated and probably upper-middle class foreigners

In some instances, other travellers with better language skills, have done some translating.

Ah!!! English speaking people or Upper-Middle class Educated people able to speak foreign languages


Funnily enough the EXACT SAME people I tend to talk to before I get back in the Limo and return to my luxurious appt or /The Ritz/Shangthai /Oriental/etc
