and yes I agree it's fucked if the FCC tires to censor broadcasts, but I also think Janet Jackson's breast during the Super Bowl went too far (it wasn't expected - if you want to see tits then you should be able to make that decision, not have one sprung on you)

for FEAR of being fined?
yet Clear Channel still has several DJ's on the air in different markets who have been fined recently
