Unemployment is always blamed on the president at the time, even though the effect of most legislation take years to become evident.

Education system has been a shit pile for at least 20 years, probably more, I have heard every president I can remember get blamed for the failing education system, (my guess is the education problems have nothing to do with the president)

I am more than OK with bashing Bush, but at least do so for things he is actually responsible for
