Squirt: I totally appreciate the support and kind words.

Please understand that I do not want to give anyone speculations on things that I cannot come forth and publicly stand behind and verify. I am not about to give anyone great expectations or false hopes.

People are free to speculate about everything that is going on. If they want to get a solid perspective, then they can call us and they can and should call Acacia.

I am not about to say what people can or cannot say on the boards or what way they should run their businesses.

I am confident that everything that people need to know will come out in this case and it will then be a matter of public record.

I am looking forward to our day in court...

I can't wait for the "gag" to come off.

If you want to help in the meantime, and I reiterate that your support is immensely appreciated, then please just tell folks to give us a holler if they want to hear about options to settling with Acacia.
