White Rock is an a state of emergency, the sewage plant shut down and there is raw sewage spilling into streets. Draining away though. Whistler and Pemberton are pretty much shut down on both sides. The first golf course I ever golfed at, Furry Creek, is totally underwater. The Pineapple Express did some serious damage to parts of BC.
