Me too - congrats on following your instincts. Most of us here in the US are exotic-location phobic. Sure, we really LIKE thinking about them, but most of us rarely have the balls to re-locate from our own backyards. I remember all the folks in my home town thought my parents were CRAZY moving us kids from Ohio to "exotic" California. lmao
Now Europe...I've always wanted to explore Europe. See where my ancestors came from and see all the landmarks first-hand. Hopefully we can get there someday. Would love to take the kids. We're looking into some Bahamas vacations this year - that's our FIRST exotic step forward. Baby-stepping it! Sure beats that Grand Canyon trip we WERE planning.
