My kid went to an "uppity" school - his friends had Lexus', BMW's, Land Rovers, etc. One kid DID have a Hummer - he was a real geeky sort of kid that just happened to be dating the head cheerleader - after he got the Hummer.......
 Meanwhile, my child drove a 1990 Maxima with 200K miles on it  At least I didn't stress when it got scratched in the parking lot!Oh, and I agree 100% that the parents that buy these things for the kids are NOT thinking  Last edited by Peaches at Jan 13 2003, 04:35 PM |
