Basically for me it's about three things for me: 1) Security -- pisses me off everytime i get transfer requests for my domains from no-name registrars with someone trying to snipe one. 2) Tools -- should be easy to manage the domains and make changes. 3) Support -- if something does get fucked up, i want it fixed quick.
