Spews block Telewest

Telewest ain't the sharpest knife in the draw.

My cousin is with Telewest for her phone and Internet. One day she starts getting phone calls for someone she's never heard of. Followed by hearing other people's conversations on the line.

Turns out that Telewest allocated her telephone number to one of their new customers around the corner, making it into a party line.

If they can't manage their basic telephone technology... there's not much hope for sorting out anything as complex as email.

Weeks later... this has still not been resolved by Telewest (a true cutting edge 21st century communications company). <_<
