I usually sleep 6-7 hours a night. I can do 5 and be OK but anything less than 5 or more than 7 makes me cranky.
Having the dog alarm is also a royal pain. Even if I NEED to sleep late, I can't. And once I'm up, I'm up. And I liked Mona Lisa Smile
