Please forgive the spaminess of this post but I think it's a very important topic and free legal advice is usually pretty hard to come by.
This is a DO-NOT-MISS show today folks. Today's guest will be attorney Erick Bernstein again and we are spending the entire show discussing 2257, both old and new. We have made a huge list of questions from all the boards and will make every attempt to get through them all. Be sure to join us in the chat room too in case there are any questions you want asked that we miss.
Anyone that is unclear on the new rules which make anyone that owns a website a secondary producer, especially amateurs that will now be required to list their names and addresses on their sites as the custodian of records, will definitely be interested in hearing our MAJOR announcement today.
Join us today at 3:00pm ET, 12:00 noon PT at
http://www.ynotradio.com for one of the most important shows of the year.
