COOK!
Starting off with scallops & calamari soaked in lime zest, lemon juice & garlic, sauteed with sliced snow peas and baby spinach leaves ...  For main course, roast pork fillet, stuffed with roasted tomato & peppers, basil, garlic & proscuito, served on a sweet potato medallion with wedges of baby pumpkin & a plum jus  And for dessert, apple puffs (courtesy of sara lee, i cheated!) topped with a berry, sherry & vanilla liquer sauce with a scoop of chocolate soy icecream & sliced kiwi fruit.  Partnered with a bottle of mornington peninsula chardonnay ... fuck gifts & blowjobs
