I know there are more than a handful of wine connoisseurs here, and I was just wondering what your favourites are.
Most the of best wines that I like aren't readily available in North America. I used to live in the Rhine Valley in Germany so I was fortunate enough to get a lot of good Alsacian wines and even some good German wines. The wine that Germany exports is typically crap, though. One of my favourite California wines is 2001 Zinfandel Pagani Ranch from Ridge Vineyards. Nice...
