Anyone else notice that the version on nicksclicks is giving 'the finger' but the version that is on clipart, and also being used by LiftNw8 is giving 'the forks'?

Not sure whether or not it's relevant but maybe it will be useful for Nick.

He posted a load of ass on that thread after admitting that he was basically a surfer and does it all as a hobby and has never made $1000 in this business.

Saying it is alright to steal images cause everyone else does.

It only takes a few minutes to change a small detail like that. Can the proof of change be made though? Afterall with 2 pics that aint the same but look the same who owns the origional?

Armstrong there are a couple of scenarios that would fit...

Firstly, the designer Nick paid for an 'exclusive' image, lifted it from clipart, removed a finger, and claimed it as his own (and charged Nick accordingly).

Secondly, he may well have done the original artwork for Nick, then added the finger, and sold it to clipart, either as an exclusive or not.

Either way, LiftNw8 is using the image unlawfully...and it's possible Nick was ripped off.

I am sure Princess / Marsha will not have it on her site.

I am a little worried by someone in adult who says

"everyone uses clipart graphoics on adult and they repackage them and sell them on CDs so, so can I."

He then admits he does this just for fun.

And then deletes every post.Ah well sick kids are vomiting for me.

My favorite is when he says the folks that post at Oprano can't be trusted. But if you look at the bottom of their board, they link to Oprano...

clipart.com has taken down the image. It still shows in their thumbs but if you click through you get a 500 status...
