Webmaster Traffic: approx 50 unique site submitters to the Webmaster Page daily. 1096 New Sites were accepted and added in the last 30 days. 2000 webmasters in submitter database.
Surfer Traffic: 5000 uniques per day. Estimated 1000-1500/day in Bookmark traffic. Hard link trades with around 100 other established pr4/5/6 linksites.



I will take $5,000 for the site... BUT taking your minimum is no fun, and I would really prefer to get $10,000 for it, so thought I would run a Dutch Auction over the weekend.

Right now I am asking $10,000 for the site and hoping someone reading will think that's a good buy for them. In 1 hour the price I will take drops by $100 to $9900 then next hour to $9800.. etc etc. Start time is based on this post... it ends when the first person bids or we hit the reserve 50 hours from now.

Terms: You get access to the site admin and can take over operation now. You will be shown how to switch in your own advertising or have me do it for you. You can access all available server stats. You will have up to 30 days to arrange your own hosting and pay the balance, at which time I will help you move everything in an orderly way and transfer the domain. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase after trying the site, that's fine, but you must advise me within 21 days and the 10% deposit is not refundable.

A part time employee currently reviews site submissions and handles day to day operations. He is available to continue the job after the sale if you wish. You can send 1 e-mail to the webmaster database to test the response. (I will need to approve it)


To help make your purchase successful I will contribute 50% of whatever you pay above my $5000 minimum into either a webmaster advertising package here on Oprano... or in surfer traffic from http://www.adult.trafficrouter.com/ (on successful completion)

ie: buy it right now, and you will also get your choice of $2,500 in Oprano advertising, $2500 in a traffic router account or a mix of both.






Deal #2
Complete Adult Business $100k ($80k reserve)

This is a well established 5 year old adult freesite business operation based around a well known Link List site. The owner has moved into a major offline business, has no time to continue and is looking to cash-up from adult completely.

Although I don't own this one personally, I am happy to publicly vouch for the owner (for anyone that thinks that carries any weight :P)

This would suit a paysite operator, with a varied portfolio of sites, as a vehicle to push your own sites and/or attract affiliate program webmasters from the freesite builder market (as opposed to TGP builders). A buyer will need to continue running and developing the business in the same style as it has been to make this a worthwhile buy. There is no type-in domains or any other intrinsic value to be had. If you are an investor, you will need a good operator who cares about doing a good job to make this work. Would best suit a married couple as a turnkey small business I think.

That's about the only other way I can think of to make an auction bid over the weekend that I will accept.

Asking around beforehand, some people talked about 3 months income as the value Nick!... I guess it's a personal thing.. a linksite should be safe to back on being able to maintain income for 12 months imho.

The second lot is expensive, Its not for bargain hunters, and will take commitment to get the best value out of.. But I doubt the opportunity to buy a setup like this off soemone who has been quietly successful for so long comes up very often. To the right person it will be a gift ;-)

I've spoken to two people who are interested in looking closely at #2, so the offered price on that is looking ok so far. Not a peep about Sleeks though! So maybe I overestimated market demand for that one, as I expected it would have gone by now :\ .. but we will find out for sure in the 12 hours!
