Hurricane Ivan making history

Just read the newest recon report. At 8:05 pm on 9/11/2004 hurricane hunters found a central pressure in Ivan of 910 mb. This makes it the 6th most intense hurricane since records have been kept which go back to 1886.

Labor Day Storm (1935) 892 mb
Allen (1980) 899 mb
Camille (1969) 905 mb
Mitch (1998) 905 mb
Ivan (2004) 910 mb
