Playing around with Google Adwords, and liking the results.

Anyone here have any advice or online guides I can check out for keywords, CTR, ROI, etc?

google adwords is so fucked.

for example. we have the keyword abc and we're bidding .50 so we get seen on every other page.

we raise our bid to .60 trying to get more exposure... and we get seen less. their automated system is smart, but it's smarter than all their support people.

i like overture much more other than the editorial dickweeds.

Agas not bad on Google Adwords

aside from that I think if you signup to spend 30k with them they manage everything for you.

A rep would be nice, i think we spend around 20k a month with them right now, so that doesnt qualify us for much other than the "please press 1 for english" hotline.

If aga has a good account rep, i'd love it if you or aga would hit me up with his # cause i'd ramp up my buying if I had some decent support there.

Not looking at doing 20k at anytime soon, but interesting none the less. It seems a better idea ROI wise to go Per Click.

They are optimizing my account for me and I only spend 5k a month.

Sales have really picked up through my Adwords links recently. I'm guessing it's because the changes are starting to take place.
