You were not posting this thread because you needed to communicate with "your webmasters" you were posting it to convince others that you had some rights to the Paris Hilton video and that webmasters should send you traffic. Thats all i am commenting on.

As stated in earlier posts, I understand your position and respect your right to your opinion. There was a method behind the madness of this post, but unfortunately I choose not to share that reasoning in public.
In trying to answer your previous questions I have had to be purposefully evasive, for reasons that were also explicitly stated in previous posts. I would sorely LOVE to be explicit, but smart business is good business.
So if that all sounds evasive also there is good reason for it.
Useless to pay for advice and opinions if you don't consider them and their implications.
As I also said, you cannot make everyone happy all of the time, and I guess many like you will fall into that category, but I have appreciated your questions and opinions, and valued them enough to respond as well as I am able under the circumstances.

that makes no sense... when you have to explain in court how you make money and why this site exists and why you buy traffic... you will say what exactly... "we buy traffic to pay for the costs associated with buying traffic"?
if it's a "subscription fee" as you yourself called it... what is the user "subscribing" to? your answer so far is nothing. Unless you find a Judge that is severely retarded, you are still breaking the law and this does not explain the fact that you do not have the right to distribute this video.

You know this guy Cj.. He has a bunch of gay sites I asked you about a while back.
He was one of the first people to post the short paris clip on a paysite back in November.. think USA today or CNN or something linked his site in one of their articles at the time.
It sounded too risky for me.. but people apparently got paid for that period like he says... although that really only means that he managed to keep the verotel account open.. I doubt that he is guaranteeing to make sure everyone gets paid out of his own pocket if verotel dont pay out.
What a silly thread, I'm glad I didnt bother reading it til now. I don't really care who this guy is, I'm sure he'll find some fools who will send him traffic.
