The judge described that particular charge as "creative" before the trial began.

The rest of the charges still stand, btw, and I suspect she's going to have a future decorating project that will be a bit of a challenge.

I love this story...so I'll mention it here

A few years back the Chairman of the Irish stock exchange was unsteadily leaving a bar when he was asked by a journo his opinion on insider trading ,The Chairman looked at the journo and blurted out " Inside Information!!! Thats EXACTLY what you pay a good broker for!"
