Open question to all

A few weeks ago, trying to figure out how to keep those who join on free trials I made a drastic change to my price points. I went to the following:

30 minutes Free Renews to $9.95 7 Day Trial then monthly at $39.95

The result has been very interesting!

Signups have gone to hell

Conversions of the new signups have gone to 100%

Unfortunately, not enough new signups.

Suggestions please!!!
