Breaux from Louisiana vacated his seat and Republicans grabbed it, and of course Daschle the minority leader lost. Those were the two highest ranking Dem senators, replaced by Republicans. That's gonna mean a lot when Bush appoints judges at various levels.

Daschle was the President's biggest thorn in Congress.... Glad he is gone, he was a major assclown.
