Please forgive the spaminess of this post but I think it's a very important topic and free legal advice is usually pretty hard to come by.

Thanks Sarettah. We did have some technical problems because we have a new producer and studio so this won't happen again. Unfortunately we had to dump my cohost, Tony D, so we could get the show underway.
Tony's new service, KeepMyRecords.com will solve a lot of problems for webmasters that don't have a clue how to get the proper records together or needs someone to act as their custodian of records.
