I'm just needing a heads up on how Oprano stores user info on things like unread threads and last replies to viewed threads and such. Is it a cookie or IP against a database?

I ask because my setup here is for 5 pc's all sharing the same IP, so every time my better half drags her ass over here and starts viewing, we both lose all unread threads and last replies to viewed threads.

Plus even when we're both reading the same thread only 1 of us shows at the bottom...

Apart from getting another IP(pain in the ass) or killing the cow(not such a pain in the ass) is there another way?

If not I'll just sit and suffer

I don't I only have 2 and a laptop, but my setup is for 5... With BT you get either 1, 5 or call centre

hmm...I run 3 puters on one ip and I've had as many as 5 different names logged in at the same time with no problem........


Must be one of them "British" things, ya know ?
