Janet's face looks funny in those pics because she's looking down like "WTF just happened to my clothes??" (on purpose of course).
Everyone's face kinda flattens out and looks funky when they do that. JJ's gorgeous, always has been since she was a little kid on tv.
I love how so many people are slamming CBS with phone calls. Good lord, people, it was a boob. Oh the horror!
If they're so upset that their kid might've seen it, what was their kid doing up that late on a school night?
And I suppose it's perfectly okay to view pictures of guys in Iraq with their heads half blown off, or entire towns getting bombed... but one little booby is just OVER THE LINE....... gimme a break.
It was good entertainment. I'll never forget the look on hubby's face. He LITERALLY had his hand over his mouth and his eyes were as big as saucers. You'd think he'd never seen a booby before.

I missed the halftime show, I was in the guys tv room watching the lingiere(sp) bowl, that was decent, really funning at the end with LT getting all upset at the officals

He was. When we watched it again, he came from the sidelines wearing a ref's uniform, ran out to the middle, ripped it off and starting dancing. Then they cut to that player who had the straightest face I've ever seen then panned to the whole field but put a huge stats table that basically covered most of it up so you couldn't tell what was happening.
The CBS camera directors earned their money last night.

Carrie the game was not on that late. Also the NFL pushes itself as family entertainment, that and the SuperBowl is the biggest TV event ever year.
I think it was wrong to do it - and I have NO problem with nudity at all. My problem is the way it was done. It was tasteless, and esposed people to nudity who do not necessarily want to be exposed to it ( or have their children be exposed to it).
You mention combat and war footage... I have never seen a football game that shows someone getting their head blown off in the middle of the entertainment.
Janet Jackson, and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves for such a lame stunt.

I actually looked at the clock because I said the same thing about how irresponsible it was when little kids could be watching it. It happened right around 8:30 PM. Not exactly way past most kid's bedtime.

Im really out of the loop when it comes to nipple jewelry but how can you tell its a piercing and not a pastie? If its a piercing that she wears all the time it seems rather cumbersome. Also, can you just change out nipple piercings like regular earrings or something?

Looking closely at the jewelry, and believe me i HAVE!! heh heh, you can see the barbell running through the nipple in front of the star shape, kinda either holding it in place OR is a part of it. as far as that particular piece of jewelry is concerned, I've never seen it before, but it is a hell of a lot hotter then the standard rings you usually see.
