Bullshit Car Wash

I just had my car washed and detailed..or so he claimed. What a load of horseshit! My son could have done a better job this what this bozo did. He ran some water over it wiped it off with rag and sort of vaccumed it out. He was charging $40.00 to do it and I know that it is not a ton of money but at least he could have given me a $40.00 job. It is a $10 at best..this guy Carl does not have a job and I was trying to be nice and help him out but I feel like I have been taken for a ride..with out the fun! He had to use my stuff as well and did not even use soap. What happened here?

I did not pay him yet..I told him I would get back to him after I saw the crap job he did...I will give him $20.00 and tell him that is what I feel it is worth..and that is being nice. or should I pay him at all?

Is this my fault for using his service in the first place?
