It was bound to happen ... whether the prisoner scandal took place or not. The prisoner abuse scandal certainly made it far more likely, as well as providing both an excuse for this sort of conduct and pushing more Iraqis toward accepting this sort of conduct.

I wonder if arab muslims will be just as upset as people where in the west, when they saw how Iraqi muslim prisoners were treated.

Will muslims outcry how this is against the koran, and blame the high priest who gave the order to behead the prisoner?
