Serge are you as happy with it as you had hoped you'd be? Quality and everything what you expected?

I’m not very keen on the sculpture.. its too Noisy.. If the Purple and Carbon Fibre coloured material were removed it would certainly improve the piece.. But of course that’s my personal opinion.. I'm not an art Critique.

Who's it by? New York late 80s?

I love Painting and Bar area though!!!

it isn't fiber..it's all metal

done by Floridian sculptor, very popular here in the ninities,
I haven't seen much of his works in the galleries lately.
the yellowish color you see on the shot it a mere reflevtion of the ceiling lights

As always Serge's tradition of being able to bringgood things in life that have nothing to do with business.

Good choice of matte and frame on the painting.

The metal sculpture looks a lot like the later Stella's.

Although it is important to buy art because it pleases, many people are not aware that they can purchase incredible works by well known contemporary artists for a nominal fee.

Or if you have a good eye for art you can always recognize upcoming talent and buy the work for low prices and just sit back and wait for the value to escalate.

Hell, we used to barter our work for dental work, car repairs and just about anything else imaginable.

The barter system is alive and well in the art world.
