Hahaha.. it depends on who you were talking to. You can still be nice and have a whole bunch of short term relationships as long as you're up front with them from the beginning. It was the "I'll be the one to change his short term dating ways" syndrome. Back then if it wasn't gonna work I'd break it off right away as I could always go back to a fuck buddy in between. No sense in wasting both our times if I didn't think we had a chance long term. There were a few women who thought I was an asshole, "player", etc but those were just sour grapes.
