Yeah I saw the over/under for the Saints... Saints are also playing a first place schedule, which makes it tougher and probably will not sneak up on anyone this year.

I will go out on a limb and say without injuries ( which we had many last year - we lost start LB, and TE before season started. We then lost our starting QB after 11 games, Ricky Williams for last 6 games, our 2 starting cornerbacks, and startin full back, etc.. etc...) the Saints will go at LEAST 10-6.

They might not be NFC West champs, because the Rams are TOUGH. But they should make it to the playoffs.
They will be a better team this year then last year, but their schedule is much tougher...

Ok I have to say something here. I don't know Evan. I've never met him and up until the players ball I had never even heard of him, so this is a completely unbiased opinion based soley upon what I've read on the board,(and I read every post.)and what I've seen in pictures and video.

But as far as the homosexuality issue, That is a more subjective opinion, however, I feel that my experience in this area qualifies my subjectivity to hold a little weight.

In regards to a crack reference.

I was talking to one of my law school mates, one who gradauted in the top 10. He recomended that I start discovery now! Not only on Evan, and Xpays, but all those tied and alligned with them.

KB, the fact that someone is not arrested for something, does not mean that it is not illegal. Marijuana is illegal...felony, misdemeanor, civil infraction, it does not matter, it is still illegal. Evans lawyer was very clear in stating that Evan does not use illegal drugs. Aside from the bigoted and homophopic statements made by Evans lawyer in the C and D to Mike, the drug statement was the most ridiculous part of the letter. Perehaps Evan lied to his lawyer, but the fact remains, Evan DOES use illegal drugs and therefore, Mike and Brad and John IP's statements are NOT libelous.

In any case of libel, there are quite a few defenses, but TRUTH is the biggest defense BY FAR.

Trust me, EVAN has NO case against me. I have a J.D. hanging in my office... so this is my PROFESSIONAL opinion. I also passed the C&D to some of my lawschool friends and they after laughing a lot asked if I it was serious or a prank.

I am pramatic, if I thought there was a cause of action and I was worried I would have been the first to post an apology.

The PDF file is nothing KB, the information I have goes way beyond that, and even if the information is not that accurate - it does not need to be. I just need some basic direction on where to point my lawyers for Discovery.

even if the court holds that libel occurred for statements which Evan for the most part admitted are true, Mike and Brad get to pay a couple hundred dollar fine.
