Big Dog, I have driven it - as well as the Benz version, and the BMW one. Those are toys, they are not REAL SUVS... They are nice rides, but are merely cars with hatch backs.

MikeW - one can get a pimped our Tahoe/Suburban with the adjustable suspension and it rides as nice as a Navigator.

Lets face it, 99.99% of all Navigators will never see off road. Hell Brad has a hummer and it never saw off road until I came to Dallas!!

I love the Navigator - but for towing, working, and city - all around the suburban is superior.

Thanks Mike...I've been looking for about three weeks now, and the Tahoe seemed like a really nice vehicle, especially for the price. I found a 2002 Tahoe, loaded, with leather for around 35k, which isn't bad considering it has every known option to man ;-)))

All I care about is ROOM for the kids and all their school gear. Every morning is an absolute battle of the backbacks LOL

Since we're talkin' SUV's .. I've got a navigator last Dec. and I love it. The ride is incredible ... I test drove the chevy's and they just weren't as comfy as the nav... Although the escalade seemed like a slightly better ride, I needed the 3rd row seat .. and at the time the escalade didnt' have one. I think the 2002 has the 3rd row seat though.
