All I gotta say is KB and D$ add so much freaking credibility and respect to this business. When 70% of people are out to screw people and make a quick buck these guys are as stand up as they come. They understand business. They don't trip over dollars to pick up pennies like so many.

They are total class acts and am proud to be associated with them. I couldn't believe people had the freaking audacity to talk shit on the previous players ball. Just thought I'd pop in and say hello. I hope I get an invite to the party Mike, if mine sucks I'll head over there.

Whether I can go or not, I've been lucky to be a guest at your parties in the past and wish you a great party once again. You really do know how to throw a smaller party. Sometimes parties like that have a better vibe if that's what people prefer. It's just a matter of taste. Our next party will be unlike all other Players Ball's, with the same vibe.

Also, when KB hypes, it's just that. I love him, he's my brother, and he's entertainment. Sometimes I tell him stuff and he leaks things too quickly. But I can say this, he does help get the word out. He is good at that.

For now, no announcements have been made about the party, venue or entertainment. I want to keep expectations low. We're focusing on having a big party, with lot's of walking and breathing room. In the past, we've been taken by the local club people with a few tickets going to the public, but I want to explain one thing. Our parties have always been exclusive to this industry. When about 700 outsiders paid their way in back last January, the club scammed us and took money. Considering we had about 4,000 people there, we still had at least 3,300 webmasters with passes. It wasn't until my recent trip to Vegas that I was informed on exactly how much we were scammed in the past. Those numbers are new to me, though I knew a few got inside. The last Players Ball had almost zero outsiders because we had our own security at the door, with theirs. The assholes who were tipped $2500 in a night back in January only made $25 in tips in June at the last Ball. To me, that was a huge success in our screening efforts. I did invite Source Magazine to attend the last event, they are big supporters of our industry and I felt it was a good publication to attend as our guest. They were the only invited publication, besides AVN and our industry mags.

Kidding.. But when a Mike Tyson walks into a club in Vegas, who would turn his crew down? I'm the last one to have say in that in Vegas. I mean, it is Vegas. As a fan of boxing, I thought it was cool to meet him. He served his time, he's free now.

You want honesty? Usually word gets out to celebs from the locals in Vegas and we've had celebs walk in. Can I take credit for it. Hell no. It's Vegas, it happens. Will it happen again? Who knows? Usually it just works out that way, but who cares. That's not the reason to attend our party. It's about the webmasters partying as hard as they want and having fun. Celebs aren't the impressive thing about the Ball. It's uniting as many webmasters as possible, in a very peaceful event.

This next Ball is also industry. After a few hours, if we still can fit anyone from the public, and we have hot chicks wanting to get in to play with our horny guys, should we let them in? I'm sure we can do that. But again, I don't want the Players Ball message to be that we are a main stream party, it's only industry. If people do get in that aren't industry, they're getting in hours after we're already inside if at all.

I can say this about our Players Ball artist or artists. Don't expect a Snoop Dogg caliber artist. Just expect a fun night with amazing talent performing. If any guests have a Player Haters Ball pass during our party and would like a free limo ride to their party, as long as you have a VIP VIP pass for the Players Ball, take a limo and enjoy, it's all good.

Again, I applaud what they're doing with their party. I've had Brad as a sponsor of a Players Ball in the past and appreciate his past support. Also MikeAI has always been very good to me, both at my parties and his. ;)

If I were Mike, and I had a party the same night as mine, I'd have called it the same thing. I do think that's pretty funny. Also, I'm happy his party is for a small group. The idea of our party is for a big group, with partitions inside I guess.

mutt, not really anything to do with The gathering type stuff...basically a kid who's orphanned as a baby (his wizard father and muggle (human) mother were killed by an evil wizard and he was left with a scar on his head) finds he's a "chosen one" to battle this evil wizard, and has to go to wizard school to learn magic...and of course play Quidditch (which is like a combo of hockey and basketball on flying broomsticks)...
