We had a Hurricane here earlier in the year. Knocked out the power and the internet connection for 24 hours.

When I was a kid and had a question about the world, I had to go to the library to try to figure out the answer. I became very good friends with the librarian who knew quite a but about the world and helped me find answers. Of course, local public libraries tend to be very limited and one might have to wait for a few weeks for them to get a book transferred there. How frustrating. Now, hardly anything is not available within a few minutes.

Imagine what it was like before the printing press. We should revere the geniuses of old who accumulated significant knowledge of the world under such conditions.

I got a really great response from the YNOT model of the week..

actually I am putting my girlfirend (who models for me) up for it this week!

Most of the new clients I get is thru word of mouth.
When i first started I had NO idea how to sell content (although I do have a national ward for marketing - but the net is way different)
So I just sat there for about 3 weeks nonstop on spam boards and discovered i was getting nowhere fast.
Anyway as i started becoming a bit more involved with other ppl, they just started sending new clients to me.
Now almost all my biz is from word of mouth, and most keep comign back for new stuff

I get a lot of webmasters looking for custom content, and i love doing that stuff - anything that is new or different.

Well I think that if you have good content and keep a good head on you that you can do well with with it.

For anyone who doesn't know I started out as a model, and the
guy who had sexcontents asked me if i wanted to take it over when i moved in with him, and it was really dead, not much new for months and no sales for a long time..
So i put a lot of work into it and it's really paying off.

I suppose it's like anything you do - the more you put in the more you get out.

My partner didn't care about it much when he ran it - he is more focused on sites, and I think a lot of other providers are the same way...they produce their own content mainly for their own use.

I've done three years of photography so I want to start pumping out some REALLY great stuff.

I love doing really bizzare pics and fetish/fantasy

I think you have to be creative and inventive enough to come up with 'new' ideas and keep your content 'fresh'
