I was watching some news channel and they produced a video montage set to that Bette Midler song "La la la in my shadowwwwwwwww....la la la......did i every say that you're my heroooooooooooooo.....lalal" and they were showing all the NYC heroes
trying rescue lives in the heat and the smoke and the rubble, I noticed somebody in the background who looked alot like Meni looting, then he crept up behind a cop and gave the camera the finger.

What was that teenage comedy movie about a zero to a hero? Or from totally geek to totally chic? It was good. Well, that ends my movie review of the day.

Since you're shooting low, it sounds like a combination of grip and tip. If you're one handing it, make sure your thumb and index finger are on level with each other and don't sight off the tip itself, get into the habit of using the rear first as it helps you raise the gun tip. If you're two handing it, don't brace the gun hand across the other palm from side to side, try instead to brace it at an angle with the base of the gun hand pinkie on the base of the support hand index finger.

Hope these couple of tips help straighten out that aim :)

OK, I'm back to terrorize the N. GA mountains :) I bought a 38 Special. It feels good in my hand and is easy to shoot. The place I bought it from was great - a mom and pop place where they spent a lot of time with me going over what I'd need it for, what felt good, wasn't too heavy, would fit in my pocketbook, etc. We went out back and did some shooting - beware - I aim low. I disemboweled the target guy ;) I can go there any time and use the range. It's close so I'll probably go a couple of times this week and then maybe every few weeks to stay in shape.

I do have to admit I'm surprised at the laws. All they needed was my driver's license and they ran a check with the GBI. Since I've just moved, my license is different from my address - not a problem. And I can keep it on me in a holster, in the car on the seat, IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT (I was surprised about that one) - with no other requirements from me. Amazing.

So, don't plan any surprise parties for me :) And of course, the best scenario is that I'll never, ever, ever have to use it!

I use TGP2 Bucks as my only sponsor on galleries so I can report only click-through rate (CTR) to sponsor and not sign up ratios. Well, I can report those: better than 1:20.

My galleries get between 15 and 20% CTR because of the more liberal advertising allowed. This is about 10x the CTR of a traditional TGP2 gallery. In other words, a TGP2 gallery that gets 2k/day is worth
the same as a traditional TGP gallery that gets 20k. Add to that the fact that you don't have the bandwidth hassles and that your gallery stays listed for quie a long time because new submissions aren't enough to push old ones off the page .. and you have a real winner.
