Playing against the spread
Some PHools will be listed as "against the spread". When you see this, you know that picking a winner in those games requires taking into account the spread. When viewing the list of games, you will notice a spread number listed in the far right column. This is a number that will be added (or subtracted, if negative) from the visiting team's score. The winner is calculated after the visiting team's score has been adjusted.

In PHool's listed as against the spread, the winner of a game may not be the team with the most real points. Therefore, you must make your choice of winner by calculating whether the visiting team will have the most points after that team's score is adjusted by the spread. PHool's that are not against the spread ("straight up") will have the winner determined by number of real points scored in the game.

Examples:

Team A is visiting Team D. The spread is 4.5. Team A's score will have 4.5 points added at the conclusion of the game. The final score is A:10, D:15. The adjusted score is A:14.5, D:15. Team D is the straight up and spread winner. (Team D has "covered the spread".)

I just wanted to drop by and share some good news in my life.

I BOUGHT A NEW CAR!!! A PURPLE FORD EXPLORER SPORT!!

After driving the Dodge Ramcharger (my inheritance) for the last 6 months this is a very welcome change. I know its not a M5 or a Viper but its PURPLE!!

I'm finalizing the technical aspects of the new billing solutions. Spam me if you want a preview or give a shout, I'm looking for a few people to break it in. Not that it hasn't been running for years already and has a huge client base, but as an industry we do provide some interesting challenges.

I'm going to be shooting the first set of commericals about the 17th. Which means they should be live by 24th.

No POrnDaddy, SF was the favorite MINUS 4. When u view the table of the games, the team on the left hand side is always the VISITOR, the spread number always pertains to that team, the number on that game in the Spread column was PLUS 4, meaning San Fran the HOME team in the right column was GIVING UP 4 points.

Tis confusing i admit but there were no mistakes in scoring.
