I talked to him about the SCRUB as I see this as a bigger threat to the industry and to online marketing in general than the government.

I asked WHY they were turning down GOOD sales and what could be done about it. I see Epoch as the worst offender in turning down sales. So much so that when I see a sponsor using them.....I won't even put them on my site anymore.

I recall DMR giving "the ear full" about their "new and improved" just before THEY went under.

I'll never forget RB dealing with the problem few years back.

His ear was less willing and he was raising MAJOR hell, which in turn helped MaxCash and it's affiliates.

we noticed the scrubbing had increased a while back. and then just recently in the last few days. i spoke to the major shareholder in ibill with whom i have a good relationship ( he is straight up ) about the situation and i have taken some comfort from it. they do things professionally and for the benefit of the industry they manage their chargebacks to stay within certain ratios which they are currently achieving , they have not appeared on visas watchlist and they are doing ok with mastercards very strict processes. ibill are a good company and have people with integrity despite occasionally having their problems they are a good solution and seemingly a secure one.

these are tough times for the industry in general and we just have to tough it out until a better solution can be reached to protect the merchant - it has to come !
