I'm sure it's started already.

I have an idea that would slow down lawsuits. Base someone's win on their net worth. If you harm someone or are grossly negligent, let a jury or judge make the judgment for the plaintiff no more than 25% of their net worth.

Much of why people say that they sue is out of principle. I call B.S. on that, i think we all do. It's a get rich quick scheme where slimy lawyers can turn any fact into damning evidence.

If you took away the allure of someone becoming wealthy for being in the wrong place at the wrong time you'll have solved the issue of frivolous lawsuits that people file just because they can.
