Looking to Hire A Website Designer and MORE

Hello:

I own 4 adult sites. I want to create a fifth but don't have the time. I need to hire someone, (reasonable), to create a home page for this site and a template I can duplicate additional preview and members pages from.

Can you show me some examples of your work and your pricing and time frames.

I have the license to some content but if you are a content provider I may be interested. Ripped files, via FTP with screen shots included.
Of course all models must be 18 or over.

I am also looking for someone to build a Movie Gallery Post where other webmasters can auto submit movies but I have no fucking clue how to get started on something like that. I figure movie gallery posts are the best way to get traffic.

Any FREE hosting providers out there for my sample movies that will be listed on a potential movie gallery post?
