Sounds like too much of your traffic is from bad places, or is poorly filtered porn traffic.

They will not give specific reasoning why, all I received after my appeal was another email saying:
Hello,

Thank you for your appeal. We appreciate the additional information you've
provided, as well as your continued interest in the AdSense program.
However, after thoroughly re-reviewing your account data and taking your
feedback into consideration, our specialists have confirmed that we're
unable to reinstate your AdSense account.


What can i say? :idontknow If they would take the time to thoroughly explain the reasoning why? Then I cannot correct the problem. And without this information? It's a lost cause to continue debating with Google.
I might be able to open another account in another name, but to commit the same errors again and have them re-close it, because I'm unaware what was being done wrong?
