there is absolutely nothing in 12clickscash for the average webmaster

Ron hasn't realized there have been changes since he's been in the adult biz. I tried to tell him this several months ago. No one ever listens to me ;)
Hell, there are so many simple errors on the program that someone who's supposedly been in the biz for 10 years should be embarrassed. Not to mention most of his content is stuff that's been recycled for years.
But he'll make money off trading with the oldies but goldies. I doubt he'll get any traffic from the big SEO guys like Slavick, RickC, WiredGuy, Carmelo, etc. because they're pretty loyal to their current companies.

Somehow I cant see 12clicks caring to go after the small webmasters. So no surprise there's little in there for them.
It'll succeed or die based on whether he can make money doing xsells and exit trades with his buds. He and mojo are a lot of things, but dumb is not one of them. It's designed to do what they know and leverage what they have.
If there's a merchant account underneath that can handle some "creative" traffic sources, he'll do fine, though it might get burned to the ground in under a year. But again, they dont gear for the long term, they go for where the easiest fastest dollar is for them, ride it til it doesn't work anymore, then move on to something new.

People have been feeding me information about him since he started attacking me instead of doing what most people did - remained friends with both Cory and I even though Cory and I disagreed.
What's also interesting is that Brad refers to Ron as his "friend". Yet Brad's never invited him to any of his private gatherings and 12clickscash uses NATS instead of Brad's Executive Stats. I guess because he put a banner with sound (which WAS against JBM rules) on Brad's message board, now they're big buddies.
Oh well. I think I'll survive - those SSI checks are handy :) Plus Brad owes me $500+ in posting points, lol.

Deleted screen shots isnt the issue as much as pedo marketing is ... in my opinion.

When I first started in the business (excuse me while I blow the cobwebs off of my Classic 2) someone gave me a good piece of advice. Never do anything that will humiliate you or your family if you get busted or outted. Now I think anyone who uses lolita or incest now or ever to sell porn does embarrasses us all. I very rarely agree with JR, but in this case I do. Shame on any of you who have ever owned or made money out of pedo or incest domains, traffic or pictures.

I have a sneaky suspicion WEG and 12Clicks threatened to pull advertising. WEG's done it before that had nothing to do with me. I doubt they'd ever do it though. But again, if they did, that kinda shows Brad's board isn't making them money already, right? Why would someone give up making money? Brad sure is afraid to.

Which is interesting since before she was supposedly a friend. I am still in the biz, just not near as much as I was before. It's about 10-20% of my income now instead of 100% as it was for 10 years.

I tried to explain the difference between slander and libel to 12clicks, explained the best defense against either was the truth, and sent him my address and told him to sue me :)
I've also had to contact WEG's attorney again since Cory seems to feel free to start lying without me defending myself. I just found out my favorite adult-biz attorney in ATL died :(
I also got info that NO ONE canceled - they just threatened it and NO ONE said they were canceling advertising because of me. Brad's not out a dime. Another lie. I guess that means I don't have the power I thought I had :(

2 critical mistakes were made. Brad asks for someone to put up or shut up in public, and they put up, be prepared with dealing with the public exposure of what they put up - correct or misdirected. He should have asked peaches for the basis for her accusations and claims in private and she should have done so, in private. It never should have gotten as far as it did, considering how long everyone involved has known eachother, its ugly, I'm disgusted on many fronts, but it's doesn't involve me and my opinion matters ziltch.

I think he'll be quite entertained ;) Once we get into the specifics, I have a feeling he's going to refer me to someone else though. We have a branch of a national firm here and I suspect I'll be recommended to go there since we're dealing with a company in CA.

I think he'll be quite entertained ;) Once we get into the specifics, I have a feeling he's going to refer me to someone else though. We have a branch of a national firm here and I suspect I'll be recommended to go there since we're dealing with a company in CA.
I'm sorry my 60ish female attorney retired. She was a riot and would have had a total blast with this. I also found out Jack Cook passed away :( He was the lawyer for most of the strip club owers in ATL and would have been a PERFECT "country lawyer" with his suspenders and southern drawl. :)

Absolutely not, but if it's not true and by saying it you cause her mother to lose money or standing in the community, it could be libelous.
I really don't see how a review site could be found libelous unless the sponsor could prove that the review wasn't true, was purposely written with the intent of causing damage to the sponsor, the reviewer knew they were writing lies, and finally, that the review actually resulted in loss of income. There are a lot of good attorneys in this country, but I doubt there are many that could win that case.

Im just going by the "webcam shows" Ive seen. Along with the pictures of absolute filth and the threads about being taken to lunch and odering 2 entres as an appetizer along with a meal ... just cuz someone else was buying.
But then again thtas not the first time Ive seen the latter.

when i took nick out to lunch on my dime he just ordered a salad... i think there are plenty of bad people in this business, nick is not one of them imo... its as bad as anywhere else... but hey, im not a very trusting person...

I dare say there are a ton of "Nick"s out there...some much worse off than the 3131. Difference is most of them haven't put themselves on display.
It has kind of made for an interesting type of celebrity in a "Surreal Life" kinda way. But it has presented some opportunities for him. So far he's blown them all, we'll see if he's learning from the mistakes.
Nice thing about bottoming out is you dont have a lot to lose or too far to fall.

I think I actually tipped over my threshold on a thread where he talked about 'cons' he and his friends run. I know most of them were probably just made up but I don't think people should be patted on the back for thinking 'cons' are a good thing or breaking the laws of common decency for that matter either.

Nick's young. Not only is he young, but he's a very immature young who has also had to deal with some personal tragedy in his life. Not excusing him for having dogshit all over his apartment and not returning the items to Brad that was left for him, but Brad hired him for entertainment hoping he would do some work too. That didn't work out.
I don't think he's a bad person, just young and confused.
Damn, that's a wild show.

I draw the line when "spammers" send porn to underage children and hide behind the "double opt in list" excuse. A nick I know spammed everyone with this crap. That is bad for everyone in our business. Short term gain, long term pain. These guys slowed down the internet. Scared away surfers and laughed all the way to the bank. But so do crack dealers and a nick I know put the profits back up his nose and now is stuck in the burbs struggling because you have to be a businessman or a "smart" crook to survive on the net today. "Back in the day" when "old school" were scamming and spamming any wanker with a computer could get rich. Those guys seem to be falling by the wayside or clutching at straws trying to do business with Russians and that is something you should always avoid at any cost.
