Just merely stating facts... If you don't want a picture to be linked, then put either htaccess protection on the directory or an htpassword file in there to limit access... Otherwise it is an OPEN server.......
You claim to have been in the net/puter biz for quite a while... What I just described is pretty much raw newbie 101 stuff.......
