Sure enough, within weeks of being moved to the delisting pile (the 6 month warning expires in August, I gather), they are suddenly, magically, remarkably, and without reason seeing a huge run up. 1000% increase in volume, and the shares more than double in price - still short of the magic $1 target, but certainly pushing the value over the minimum 15 million.

This has happened before... the stock may climb out of the hole to about $1.10-$1.20 just long enough to satisfy the regulation, and then sink back into the much. The 500 million or so in debt isn't going away any time soon, so there is little to say this one will get better.
